Members of our two STARS squads were recently joined by three members from the Woodcote squad for a full day's workshop at the Archbishop Lanfranc School in Croydon.

Under the guidance of Olympians Guin Batten and Michelle Robinson (Griffith), the athletes were taken through a number of sessions involving both physical challenges as well as discussion forums aimed at assisting them to better understand the 6 Keys to Success.

The day culminated in a Question + Answer session with Donna Fraser, Olympic 400m athlete, which included recounting the experience of participating in the 2000 Sydney Olympic 400m final won by Cathy Freeman.

The squads will meet up again in the spring for another day of workshops.
